Ads bring people but few leads come in — often the problem isn't the traffic, it's the website. Here are the 12 elements we check on every project before launching ads.
The first screen
- A clear offer. What you do, for whom and what result — in one headline.
- One main button. One primary action: "Book", "Get a quote", "Buy".
- A price or "from". No price sends people to competitors who show one.
Trust
- Cases and work samples — real ones with numbers, not "we are professionals".
- Reviews with names, photos or links.
- Company details and contacts: legal entity, address, messengers — especially in B2B and finance.
The path to a request
- A short form. Every extra field lowers conversion. Name and contact are often enough.
- Several contact channels. Form, WhatsApp, Telegram, call — let customers pick.
- Replies 24/7. A chatbot or AI receptionist answers while managers sleep. See the demos.
Technical
- Speed. A slow site loses visitors before they see the offer. More in our article on Core Web Vitals.
- Mobile version. Most ad traffic is mobile: buttons, forms and text must work with a thumb.
- Analytics. Goals and UTM tags to see which pages and channels bring leads.
Check your site in 10 minutes
- Open the site on a phone over mobile data and time how long it takes to understand what you sell.
- Try submitting a request: how many fields, any errors, did a confirmation arrive?
- Show the first screen to an outsider for 5 seconds and ask what you offer.
