General rule
Refund and cancellation terms are set in the agreement, proposal or invoice. This page applies where they say nothing different.
Cancelling before work starts
If work has not started and no costs were incurred, we refund the payment in full less payment-system and bank fees.
Cancelling after work starts
We keep the price of the work done and costs already incurred or payable to third parties (duties, registration fees, bank and platform fees, advertising budget spent on platforms). The remainder is refunded.
What is not refunded
Fees of authorities, registrars, banks and platforms already paid and non-refundable at their end; advertising budget already spent; urgent and bespoke services once started.
Third-party refusal
If a bank, registrar or platform refuses for reasons outside our control, we refund payment for our part of the work that did not achieve its result unless the agreement says otherwise; third-party fees are refunded only to the extent they refund them to us.
Consumers
If you act as a consumer, mandatory rights of withdrawal and refund under the law of your country remain and are not limited by this page.
How to ask
Write to support@crystalcorellc.world with the invoice or request number. We reply within 5 business days; refunds are made by the original method within 14 days of the decision.
