Acceptance
By using https://crystalcorellc.world and submitting requests you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Services are governed by a separate agreement, proposal or invoice, which prevails in case of conflict.
Who may use the site
The site and services are for companies, entrepreneurs and persons aged 18 or over with legal capacity. If you submit a request for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
Information on the site
Descriptions of services, prices, timelines, jurisdictions, catalogues and ratings are informational and are not a public offer. Terms of a service become binding when we have confirmed them in writing (agreement, proposal, invoice).
Your obligations
- Give accurate and current information. - Provide the documents and details needed to deliver the service and to verify you as a client, and answer requests in good time. - Do not use the site or services for unlawful purposes, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment terms are set in the agreement, proposal or invoice. Fees of government bodies, banks, registrars, payment and advertising platforms, and taxes are paid separately unless stated otherwise.
No guaranteed outcome
Outcomes often depend on third parties: banks, registrars, authorities, advertising and payment platforms. We act in good faith and with due care but do not guarantee approval of an application, opening of an account, launch or advertising performance, or third-party timelines.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party services and directories (marketplaces, banks, payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or terms. See the Marketplace Terms.
Intellectual property
Site content, brand, design and code belong to CrystalCore LLC or are licensed to it. Do not copy or distribute them without permission. Rights in deliverables are set by the agreement.
Confidentiality
We do not disclose a client's confidential information except as needed to deliver the service, as you allow, or as the law requires. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss of data, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the previous 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (wilful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury) or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Indemnity
You will compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these terms or the law, including false documents and prohibited activity.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access and services if you breach these terms or the law, or where we must do so under the law or at the request of compliance partners.
Governing law and disputes
Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is published on this page with its date; by continuing to use the site you accept the updated terms.
