You are talking to AI
In the website chat you may be answered by the CrystalCore AI assistant rather than a person. The chat says so. The assistant helps with general questions about services, the process and preparing a request.
What the assistant does not do
It does not give legal, tax, investment or financial advice, does not accept or reject orders, does not promise prices, timelines or results, and does not replace a contract. Answers may be inaccurate: check important information with a member of staff.
Handover to a person
At any moment write "operator" or "human" and the conversation is handed to a member of staff. We also hand over ourselves when a question is complex or sensitive or the assistant is unsure. While a person handles the conversation, the assistant does not reply.
Your data in the chat
Messages, name and email are stored so the conversation can continue and we can reach you. To produce the assistant's replies, message text is sent to the AI provider (Google, Gemini API), which processes it on our behalf and must not use it to train its models. Do not send passwords, card details, documents or other sensitive information in the chat.
Retention and rights
Conversations are kept for up to 12 months. You may request access or deletion by writing to support@crystalcorellc.world. See the Privacy Policy for details.
