Customer checks
For some services (company formation, bank accounts, payment solutions) we and our partners must verify the client: identity, beneficial owners, source of funds, nature of business. We may ask for documents and explanations before and during the work.
Refusal and suspension
We may refuse, suspend or end a service if the client does not pass checks, documents raise doubts, the activity is prohibited or sanctioned, or the law or a partner requires it. We need not give reasons where the law forbids it.
Sanctions and prohibited activity
We do not work with persons or activity subject to applicable sanctions, or with prohibited businesses (see the Acceptable Use Policy). We may report suspicious activity to competent authorities.
Your assurances
By ordering a service you confirm that funds and activity are lawful, information is true, and you will tell us about changes in beneficial owners and business.
