A MiCA application should begin with the exact crypto-asset services and operating model, not with a search for the “fastest” country. The scope drives documentation, capital, staffing and risk controls.
Readiness questions
- which crypto-asset services the entity will provide;
- registered office, effective management and leadership in the EU;
- ownership and fitness and propriety of management;
- AML/KYC, complaints, conflicts and outsourcing controls;
- ICT, cybersecurity, custody, safeguarding and continuity;
- capital, financial plan and banking or payment relationships.
Marketing and the website must reflect the actual status; an applicant should not present itself as already authorised. The competent authority decides each application, and requirements depend on the services and project facts.
CrystalCore maps service scope, entity structure and the readiness file through MiCA/CASP Licensing, Company Registration and Business Accounts. This material is not legal advice.
