Turnkey Business Project: Company, Bank Account, Payments, Website and Ads in One Plan

A new business needs five things that depend on each other: a company, a bank account, payment acceptance, a website and traffic. Done separately, they block each other for weeks. How a turnkey project puts them in one plan, what the client provides and what to check in the contract.

Launching a business online means solving five problems that depend on each other. The bank wants to see a website and a business model. The payment provider wants a bank account, a website with clear terms and sometimes a processing history. The ads need a working site with tracking and a way to take payment. And all of it needs a company. When each piece is handled by a different contractor, they wait for each other and the launch stretches over months. A turnkey project puts them into one plan with one owner. This article explains how. For the service itself, see turnkey business launch.

In short: structure and documents first, then the company, then the bank account and the website in parallel, then payment acceptance, then tracking and ads. The critical path is usually the bank and the payment provider, so they start as early as possible.

What a turnkey project includes

BlockWhat's done
StructureChoice of country and company type for the business model, the clients and the payment flows
CompanyFormation, registered address, corporate documents, tax registration
Bank accountSelection of suitable banks or payment institutions, preparation of the onboarding file
Payment acceptancePayment gateway or acquiring, checkout, payment links and invoices
WebsiteA site or landing page with legal pages, pricing, contacts and a clear offer
CRM and analyticsLead capture, CRM, GA4, Tag Manager, ad pixels and conversion goals
AdvertisingFirst campaigns in the channel that fits the business, then retargeting

The order that avoids blockers

  1. Structure and documents. The business model, the countries of clients, the expected volumes and the beneficial owners determine which jurisdiction and which banks are realistic.
  2. Company formation. Usually fast; the important part is that the stated activity matches the real one.
  3. Bank account and website in parallel. The bank application goes in as soon as the company exists; the website is built at the same time, because banks and payment providers will look at it.
  4. Payment acceptance. The provider checks the company, the account, the website, the refund and delivery terms and the product.
  5. Tracking and CRM. Set up before the first ad, so every lead and sale has a source.
  6. Ads and retargeting. Launched when people can actually pay or leave a request.

The same order, with more detail on the banking side, is in company, bank account and acquiring: the launch order.

A realistic timeline

PeriodWhat happens
Week 1Structure, documents, market and competitor research, website plan
Weeks 1–2Company formation; website design and copy
Weeks 2–5Bank or payment account onboarding; website build, legal pages, CRM and analytics
Weeks 3–6Payment acceptance onboarding and checkout set-up
From week 4–6First campaigns, retargeting, weekly reporting

A light project with a website usually takes about a month; with an app or a regulated activity it takes longer. The bank and the payment provider make their own decisions, so their timing can't be guaranteed by anyone.

What the client provides

  • Passports and proof of address of the owners and directors.
  • A clear description of the product, the target countries and the expected volumes.
  • The source of funds for the business.
  • Contracts, letters of intent or invoices if they exist.
  • Decisions on time: the offer, prices, design approvals.

Risks to plan for

  • Bank or payment refusal. Banks and acquirers can decline without explanation. A good project prepares more than one option.
  • High-risk categories. Some activities, such as crypto, gambling, dating or nutraceuticals, have fewer payment options and higher fees.
  • Regulated activities. Payments, crypto and investment services may need a licence or registration; a company alone is not enough.
  • Mismatched documents. If the stated activity, the website and the real business differ, onboarding stalls.

What to check in the contract

  • The exact scope of each block and what is outside it.
  • Who owns the domain, the website code, the ad accounts, the analytics and the CRM: they should be registered to your company.
  • What happens if a bank or payment provider refuses, and how alternatives are handled.
  • Which costs are separate: state fees, the ad budget, payment provider fees, subscriptions.
  • Reporting: what you receive each week and in what form.

For the cost structure in detail, see turnkey launch cost breakdown.

Turnkey or separate contractors?

Separate specialists can be cheaper per task, but nobody owns the dependencies between the blocks, and the launch waits at every handoff. A turnkey team costs more as a package and saves the weeks lost between steps. For a small project with a simple product, separate contractors can be enough; for a launch with a company, banking and payments at once, one owner usually pays off.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a turnkey project cost?

Our turnkey launch starts from $2,500 for a light project. State fees, the ad budget and provider fees are separate. The scope is fixed in the contract before work begins.

How long does it take?

About a month for a light project with a website; longer with an app, several countries or regulated activities.

Can you guarantee a bank account or acquiring?

No. Banks and payment providers decide independently. We prepare the file, choose suitable options and work through alternatives.

Can I start with only part of the project?

Yes. Some clients already have a company and need the account, payments and ads; others need only the company and the website.
