Best fit and business types

Singapore-registered startups, SMEs, sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs and companies; the route depends on ownership, signers and digital-verification availability.

Capabilities

  • SGD and multi-currency business accounts
  • PayNow Corporate, FAST, GIRO and international transfers
  • OCBC Velocity, cards and accounting integrations

How onboarding works

A digital route is available to eligible Singapore companies. Other structures may need forms, a board resolution, corporate documents, passports and address evidence for UBOs, directors and signers, with possible branch attendance.

Baseline eligibility

The standard product targets a Singapore-registered business with transparent ownership and signer authority. Remote eligibility for foreign-owned structures must be confirmed before applying.

Restrictions and risk review

Instant opening applies only to eligible profiles and is not automatic approval. The bank may request certified copies, in-person attendance, enhanced SOW/SOF and industry documents.
