What the directories are
The traffic, development, payment provider, ready company and business directories, and the Academy, are information platforms. We take requests and connect you with a team or provider; the service contract is between you and the provider, or with us — the proposal says which.
Listing offers
A partner or team that wishes to be listed warrants that the data is accurate, that it holds the rights and licences, and that its activity is not prohibited. We may review, change, hide and remove listings and refuse without giving reasons.
Ratings and rankings
Ratings and "top" marks reflect internal criteria and are not a guarantee of quality. Order in a directory may depend on commercial terms where this is marked.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for services performed by third parties unless we are the contracting provider. Send claims about a service to the provider; we will help you get in touch.
Partner programme
Partner rewards are paid under the programme terms for confirmed, paid orders. We may refuse payment for breaches, artificial inflation and abuse.
Request data
A request from a directory is passed to the responsible CrystalCore department and, where the service needs it, to the chosen provider. See the Privacy Policy for details.
