Price and scope

Custom quote

A fixed price is not published for this jurisdiction: we first assess founder citizenship and residence, activity, any mandatory local director, licences and the current partner tariff.

Remote formation for residents and non-residents

KYC and preparation can be remote, but a licensed Nevis TCSP/registered agent handles name reservation, formation and ongoing administration.

Via representative

For a resident

  • A resident founder also uses the required licensed agent and adds local business/tax/licensing registrations according to operations.
  • Actual Nevis activity is evidenced by premises, people, records and approvals, not only an office service.

For a non-resident

  • A non-resident may be sole shareholder/director or sole member/manager subject to full TCSP KYC and UBO disclosure.
  • A power of attorney, corporate owner or trust chain requires the certification/legalisation form confirmed by the selected TCSP.

Important: a non-resident's right to own the company does not automatically grant a right to live, work or manage it from that country. Immigration, work permits, substance, effective management and tax residence are assessed separately.

REMOTE-PROCESS LIMITS

  • An FSRC portal/module does not replace the licensed-agent filing route for the client.
  • Formation does not include a tax opinion, licence, immigration or bank account.

KYC/KYB and bank-onboarding preparation

PREPARATION / CONSISTENT PACK

We do not bypass compliance. We prepare one consistent pack in advance so the review can proceed with fewer avoidable loops and duplicate uploads.

Verification pre-check

  • We prepare references and source-of-funds/source-of-wealth evidence under the official AML checklist before TCSP submission.
  • Before filing, we pre-check IDs, proof of address, tax residence, the UBO chart, source of funds/source of wealth and translations.
  • We reconcile names, addresses, dates, ownership, signatures and authority across forms to reduce returns and repeat KYC/KYB requests.
  • We prepare a verifiable description of the activity, markets, counterparties, expected flows and the commercial rationale for the jurisdiction.

Bank-ready onboarding

  • We confirm acceptance of a Nevis entity before the bank application and do not present TCSP approval as bank pre-clearance.
  • We match the company profile to the selected bank or EMI's published and confirmed eligibility criteria before applying.
  • We assemble one data room covering corporate documents, UBO/KYC, website, contracts, invoices, source of funds and the payment-flow map.
  • We help address legitimate compliance questions but do not promise an expedited bypass of checks, a guaranteed account or a fixed onboarding time.

Timing depends on data completeness, business risk and provider workload. CrystalCore cannot guarantee an account, decision time or approval by any particular bank/EMI.

Who it suits

  • Closely held international companies with one or more owners and a straightforward governance structure.
  • An LLC for joint ownership, investment or a contractual venture after reviewing member tax classification.
  • Holding/asset ownership with a documented business purpose, lawful source of wealth and home-country tax advice.

Main company types

  • A Nevis Business Corporation, a share corporation under the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance, often referred to as an IBC.
  • A Nevis Limited Liability Company (LLC), a member/manager structure with an operating agreement and a permitted single member.
  • A Nevis Multiform Foundation, a specialist foundation vehicle for selected estate, holding or charitable arrangements rather than an ordinary trading company.

Founders, directors & address

  • A Corporation and LLC must continuously maintain a licensed Nevis registered agent/TCSP and registered office.
  • The Nevis FSRC states that a Business Corporation may have one shareholder and one director of any nationality and residence.
  • An LLC may have one member and one manager; governance, contributions, distributions and authority are set by the operating agreement.
  • The registered agent establishes UBO/control, maintains statutory details and performs ongoing KYC; changes are provided promptly.
  • Banking, insurance, trust, fund, securities and other regulated activities require separate permission and are not covered by ordinary incorporation.

Documents & KYC

  • A passport or other acceptable ID for every founder, director, manager, signatory and ultimate beneficial owner (UBO).
  • Proof of residential address and tax residence; the registrar, agent, bank or other reviewer sets the document-validity period.
  • A transparent ownership chart through to natural persons and, for a corporate participant, registry documents, good standing and authorised resolutions.
  • A description of the product, markets, counterparties, expected turnover, source of funds and source of wealth, supported by evidence.
  • The proposed name, registered agent/office, shareholders/members, directors/managers, shares/interests and business purpose.
  • Articles of Incorporation and bylaws/resolutions for a Corporation, or Articles of Organization and an operating agreement for an LLC.
  • Certified/apostilled chain documents, references, source-of-funds/source-of-wealth evidence and tax-residence declarations under the TCSP checklist.

Formation process

  1. Select a Corporation or LLC based on ownership, governance, tax treatment and planned operations.
  2. Verify the TCSP in the Nevis FSRC regulated-entities list and complete its AML/KYC onboarding.
  3. The TCSP reserves the name, prepares the Articles and files formation data; bespoke governance is documented separately.
  4. After incorporation, resolutions, registers/certificates are issued and BO, accounting-record and annual-renewal processes are established.
  5. A bank/EMI application is made separately after checking entity/geography/activity acceptance.

Indicative timeline

Formation filing can proceed after TCSP approval, but certification, references, enhanced review, bespoke documents and banking have no universal timeframe. The TCSP confirms the filing estimate only for a complete file.

Tax overview

  • A Nevis entity is not automatically tax-free: operating/management location, owners, income source, CFC and home-country reporting are reviewed.
  • Local business, employees, real property or regulated activity may create Nevis tax, licensing, payroll and substance obligations.
  • LLC classification may differ across member jurisdictions; tax advice is obtained before distributions and intercompany flows.

General overview, not personal tax or legal advice. Rules are rechecked before filing.

Banking & payment onboarding

  • FSRC AML guidance contemplates notarised IDs, proof of address, bank/professional references and source of funds/source of wealth.
  • A bank additionally reviews corporate documents, business model, counterparties, transaction geography, tax status, sanctions and PEPs.
  • TCSP onboarding does not guarantee bank onboarding; a local or foreign provider may require in-person/video identification or decline.

Annual obligations

  • The annual government renewal fee and licensed registered-agent/registered-office renewal.
  • Updates to shareholder/member, director/manager and beneficial-owner information with the TCSP/registry as applicable.
  • Accounting records and supporting documents are kept for at least the FSRC-prescribed period; the FAQ states five years.
  • Tax, economic-substance, licensing and regulatory filings apply according to activity/status, not solely the place of incorporation.

Restrictions & risks

  • The page should attribute the international forms specifically to Nevis rather than imply a single company regime across all of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
  • Asset-protection or confidentiality claims do not override court orders, BO disclosure, AML cooperation or home-country tax reporting.
  • Incorporation does not conceal ownership or disapply AML/KYC. Registered agents, registries, tax authorities and financial institutions may obtain and verify UBO information.
  • The place of incorporation does not automatically determine tax residence. Effective management, permanent establishment, CFC, withholding and the owners' personal residence require separate analysis.
  • Company registration does not grant a regulated-activity licence, immigration status or a bank account.

Scope of support

  • Verification of the licensed Nevis TCSP, coordination of Corporation/LLC formation and establishment of the BO/accounting/renewal file.
  • Comparison of entity forms, ownership structure, tax links and substance requirements before filing.
  • Coordination of the registered agent, notary or local representative, translations, apostille and the complete corporate file.
  • Preparation of a bank-ready KYB data room and responses to legitimate compliance requests; approval and timing remain with the bank or EMI.
  • Accountant hand-off and creation of an annual-return, BO, tax, licence and substance compliance calendar.

The exact Basic scope and all exclusions are listed in the pricing section above. Non-standard structures and external costs are agreed before payment.
