The first call about a business launch often becomes a long conversation "about everything". To get a realistic plan and quote within a few days instead of generalities, answer the key questions in advance. Below is the brief we use in turnkey projects. You can also fill it in through our online brief.
In short: describe the product and customer, countries of operation and sales, what already exists (company, account, website, CRM), how customers will pay, planned acquisition channels, budget and target launch date. "Unknown" is a valid answer too — we will help find it.
1. Product and customer
- What you sell and which problem it solves.
- Who buys: consumers or businesses, which segment.
- Average order value, purchase frequency, whether there is a subscription.
- Who the competitors are and how you differ.
2. Geography and legal
- Where the founders live and where customers will be.
- Whether a company exists; if not, any country preferences.
- Whether your activity requires licences.
3. Money
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| How customers pay: card, transfer, subscription | Choosing the payment solution |
| In which currencies and countries | Choosing the bank and provider |
| Expected turnover in the first months | Bank and acquirer requirements |
| Whether an account and acquiring exist | What does not need redoing |
4. Product and tools
- Whether you need a website, landing page, app or customer portal.
- Site languages and target markets.
- How leads are handled today; whether you need a CRM and integrations.
- Whether an AI assistant should answer customers.
5. Sales and marketing
- Which acquisition channels you plan or have tried.
- Whether you have a brand, logo and materials.
- Ad budget for the first 2–3 months.
6. Timeline and budget
- Target launch date and why.
- Budget for the team's work and, separately, for advertising.
- What is critical for launch and what can come later.
Frequently asked questions
What if I cannot answer some questions?
That is normal. Market analysis and jurisdiction selection are part of the project — unknowns become tasks in the plan.
How long does a quote take after the brief?
Usually a few working days: plan, stages, timeline and price with a fixed scope.
Can I start with one task?
Yes, for example with company registration or a website, adding the rest later.
